    Hi,

I have done my A1, A2 and B1 in alliance francaise in bangalore 4 years back. I had also taken up french as my second language for 2 years during my college days. I want to take up DELf/DALF exam. I read about your course. I want to know whether your training includes all levels of DELF like DELF A1,A2,B1,B2 and Dalf C1 and C2 trainings ? How much it would cost for all levels training? If i do DELF A1,A2,B1,B2 is it enough? I want the course details that you offer for weekend batch. How many months if would take for me to complete all levels of this examination if i attend weekend classes ?

    Thanks in Advance!!!

Can you please let me know how long it would take for a person who has A1 level french knowledge to learn and pass level b1. Also somebody with A2 skills to go to level B1. I have a time constraint, and would like to give B1 DELF in June. Is it possible if I study really hard and invest a lot of hours in the process? I will finish level A1 by the end of Jan and initially wanted to give DELF in March. However, my educational institution requires a B1, and I am enrolled for Fall 2013. If I apply for a visa by July, I want to be able to show them french proficiency of B1. Please advise as to what i can do. I understand that this is very difficult, but I still want to try.

However many students come from AFD to us for the following :

      1) Personalized attention
      2) Replacement class ( if you have missed some )
      3) Focus of DELF
      4) Course completion in shorter period
      5) Frehindi Village concept
      6) Usage of Frehindi Technique while teaching
      7) Online platform where voice and other assignments are submitted and evaluated
      8) Very Near to Metro Station
      9) Unique interactive curriculum with special sessions on “activites liduiques”
      10) Last two days special Exam like Mock Sessions which prepares the student well for the exam next day.

      Bonjour,

The best thing will be to go for Frehindi Education Pvt Ltd weekend classes at Dwarka, New Delhi.

Le Frehindi is only dedicated to DELF and the same may be verified from wwww.delfdiploma.com.

Alliance Franciase is a good choice but there is no personal attention and all students are dealt with same yard stick.

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan will not be a good choice because they teach only grammar part and the spoken & listening skills development is almost negligible atleast in the 1st one year of your studies there.

      I hope the above helps.

You can go for our 40 hours DELF A1 One2One Instructor led program.

It is as good as classroom because there will be an instructor with you all the time.

Language is such that you need two people to talk if one wants to learn properly, so we do not believe in the “fend for yourself” approach of some sites like clickonfrench and Busu.com as they give u an user ID password with no human interface and language cannot be learned without human interface.

The fees as of now is INR 22500/- (Twenty two thousand five hundred only ) which includes imported book, work book , CD & Examination fees.

The fee is due for revision so enroll yourself before 7th August 2012.

WHAT IS THE DIFFEREN LE FREHINDI AND ALLIANCE FRANCAISE

    • Team Frehindi on said:

      Bonjour Gaurav,

Le Frehindi is a initiative by some French & Indian people to connect both the countries language wise and culturally. Here the way of teaching French is not traditional but completely innovative with lot of group activities, theatrical activities, games and deep interaction with native French. There is definitely a personal attention to each student and Le Frehindi sends the largest group of students in India for DELF with 100 % results on all previous batches.

Alliance Francise is an Indian society which is aided by French Government and which is an authorized testing center for DELF/DALF/TCF. They all offer French courses and their approach to teaching French is more orthodox and conservative.Although they have some of the best Indian teachers on their payrolls.

      Bonjour,

It is a very tedious process to give this exam again if you pass even by 50 %. The present certificate has to be surrendered and this goes back to French education department and Governments world over work at their own pace so it takes 6 to 8 months to cancel the present DELF certificate and when they give you go ahead then only you can give exam.

So, we advice you to give DELF B2 after thorough preparation rather then giving DELF B1 again

      Regards

I’m interested in becoming a French teacher in India. Would you happen to know whether Indian schools offering French require their teachers to be “traditional” BA/MA French in order to be considered for a teaching post? Or, do all schools recognize DELF/DALF?
A friend of mine recently faced such a problem in Hyd as some schools insisted on MA French, whereas she had done DELF B2.

      Dear Madhu,

The good International school will always ask for DELF/DALF.

      Dear Hemlata,

DELF exams are professional French language exams and you will need a qualified instructor to work on your pronunciations and listing skills.

Many Indians believe that this is just another exam with where they will have the pattern is same as in our schools and colleges ( more focus on grammar and written part ), but in reality the focus is on spoken and listening skills which takes time and effort.

        • Team Frehindi on said:

          Dear Ambika,

The problem is of faculty in Banglore. There are not enough Certified Trained French Teachers to can deliver the prestigious DELF Program especially when you have to score 16 / 25 in listening and spoken French to enable you to apply for a PR status in Quebec, Canada.

Anybody will teach you some rules in grammar or few vocabulary but this exam is not about that. This program and the test ( DELF A1 To C2 ) is all about right pronunciation and listening correctly native French voice and that comes only when you are engaged by a Trained Teacher who can hand held you through this highly professional exam.

Think why Quebec Govt. has made DELF compulsory. They have made it compulsory because they want you to be able to survive in a completely French environment. Quebec people are very possessive about their language and job opportunities galore for those who speak their language which is French.

Hence, it is very important that you show your right French Skill. Mind you this is an international Diploma conducted across the globe and the main focus is not on grammar but on spoken and listening skills.

For more details & free assessment you may SMS “DELFQ” at 09811237037 or write to us at bonjour@delfdiploma.com
